Bag Drop Procedures
Due to Covid restrictions Bag Service will be limited during this year's event. Upon arrival please load your bag onto a cart and the Professional Golf Staff will direct you to the day's activities.
Lockers and Shoe Services
Ballantyne Country Club is pleased to provide lockers to each guest. Restroom and shower facilities are available in the Locker Room. In addition, you will find our shoe services, the Men's Steam Room and the Men's Lounge in the Locker Room. Our Locker Room and Shoe Room attendants are available to shine shoes and assist you as needed - just leave your shoes in front of your locker. At the completion of the event, please return you locker key to the Golf Shop.
Club Storage/Club Cleaning
Club storage and club cleaning will be available to all members and guests who would like to leave their clubs in the Clubhouse for the duration of the Tournament. Please inform one of the Golf Staff of your preference regarding club cleaning and storage. Please be aware that the club is not responsible for personal items left in your golf bag, golf cart or anywhere within the Club.
Range Balls/Practice Facilities
Our practice facilities are available to you throughout Tournament play. Ballantyne Country Club offers a full target practice range, two putting greens (one by the Clubhouse and one by the first tee), as well as a chipping green with practice bunkers. Range balls will be available on the Practice Range.
Flag Locations
Our normal flag locator system and cards will be in use during each day of the Tournament. Each golf cart has a card with a diagram of each green. Those greens are divided into four sections labeled "1", "2", "3", and "4".The location number that is assigned each day indicates in what section of the green the hole is cut.
Club Smoking Policy
As a General Rule, smoking is not permitted in the Clubhouse; however, smoking is permitted on the Verandas.
Dress Code
Appropriate Country Club attire is expected at all times - no jeans of any kind on the golf course, please. Appropriate golf attire is acceptable in the Casual Dining area, Men's Grille and Lounge.
Restroom Facilities
On course restroom facilities are located between the 4th green and the 5th tee, at the Turn Stand on the 10th tee, and at the 14th green. To enter, you will need the combination code. First press 2 and 4 simultaneously, then press 3 and open the door.
Cell Phone Usage
We ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off during the Tournament. Telephone messages for players should be directed through the Golf Shop at 704-341-3113 and will be posted on the green bulletin board in the hallway between the Main Staircase and Shoe Room.
