Pam Hart – Events and Communications Director joined the Ballantyne Country Club management team in June 2020. Pam brings an extensive background and many years in the private club industry. Pam served 9 1/2 years at Charlotte Country Club as a banquet server then as a formal Dining Room Manager. Following her time at Charlotte Country Club she spent 2 years at Gaston Country Club as Food and Beverage Director and then 18 years at Firethorne Country Club as both the Clubhouse Manager and Private Events Director. Pam is a native to Northeast Pennsylvania and moved to Charlotte NC in 1991. In her free time, you will find Pam spending with her husband, two kids and three grandchildren.
